BOMBAY CHEMICAL EQUIPMENTS has been in business of Manufacturing Pipeline Strainers and Fabrication of Press Metal Components, over the past 30 years. Backed by the experience of Mr. M. S. Luthra C.E.O. Who has diversified experience starting his carrier as Design Engineer with M/s. Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Ltd in 1960 and acquired the position of Project Manager and Chief Design Engineer by 1970. He then along with his Brothers went on to set up Engineering related Industries viz. Automobile Radiators, Hydraulics and Pneumatics components, Precision Press Metal Components and Fabrication of Pipeline Strainers.

In between he worked with an International Wind Mill manufacturing Company as C.E.O for 4 years and after retirement, came back to Family Business and took up the business activity of Bombay Chemical Equipments as CEO. His son Mr. G. S. Luthra – Managing Partner of the Company and also a BE Mechanical Engineer has been actively involved with Company affairs since 1993. He has been involved in getting approval from M/s. Engineers India Limited for the manufacturing of Pipeline Strainers and also registered as manufacturer of the same with most Refineries all over India.

The Company also specializes in developing Import Substitution items, mainly Press Work related Components with the help of Power and Hydraulic Presses.

In addition to the above mentioned business the Company has also added Industrial Gaskets to its Product List. We started manufacturing the same from the year 2010. We are supplying Gaskets for various projects such as HMEL-Guru Govind Singh Refinery, MRPL, HPCL, BPCL, GNFC, OPAL Dahej, OMPL, Rourkela Steel Plant, L&T, Petrochemical Enterprises-Myanmar (export) various valve manufacturers etc. These gaskets are manufactured and supplied in different sizes and in different material details given below.
